The Trane Corporation, National Accounts - Seattle, WA
Primary installation and commissioning contractor for the Building Automation Systems for big box retailers including Costco and Best Buy throughout North America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
Wal-Mart Supercentres - Hussmann Canada, Toronto, ON
Preferred contractor for packaged electrical and refrigeration installations for many Wal-Mart projects across Canada.
Supermarkets – West Indies & the Caribbean
Project management and turnkey packaged refrigeration installation on various islands including Dominica, St. Lucia and St. Maarten.
Ocean Club Condominiums – Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Multi-trade building MEP installation and partial construction management for the complete restoration of 141 Condominiums.
International Airports – West Indies & the Caribbean
Complete design and installation of all building systems for the traffic control tower and runways in Montserrat, Antigua, Grand Turk and Anguilla.
Ellis-Don – Agricultural Facilities – Lithuania & Latvia, Baltic Region of Northern Europe
Design, engineering, installation and commissioning of all building systems for several agricultural plants.
Emerson Manufacturing Plant – Reynosa, Mexico
Design, Supply and Installation of the complete building Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems relating to the manufacturing process.
Ontario Place - Toronto, Ontario
Provided the annual commissioning of the buildings Life and Fire Safety systems, and integration verification to the Building Automation System.
Pepsi Food Services - Mexico City, Mexico
Supply and Installation of the building Electrical, Mechanical and Integrated Control System’s for the new 40,000 sq ft freezer/cooler refrigeration system.
Secondary School - St. Lucia, West Indies
Designed, supplied and installed complete MEP building systems for the new secondary school.
